I have sold real estate since 1991 in the Western North Carolina and Louisville, Kentucky areas. I am originally from Louisville, Ky, a graduate of Oldham County High along with attending Eastern Ky University. I then moved to Delray Beach, Florida where I lived for 7 years. I transferred to Asheville, NC where I received my Brokers license and became a member of the Multi-Million Dollar club for numerous years. I was the Managing Broker for a historic new home development in Flat Rock, NC before moving back "home" to Kentucky. I now work for Coldwell Banker McMahan, a thriving international real estate company and am a member of the Cartus Referral Network. I live in Smithfield on 6 acres with two horses and an array of rescued animals. I have two sons, one in Wilmington, NC where he, his wife and my two wonderful grandchildren live. My other son is an Equine Veterinary Technician living in Tryon, NC and truly loving life. I also have a daughter who lives at the Apple Patch community for disabled adults in Crestwood, KY where she keeps me very busy! I have been a volunteer for many schools and organizations over the years. I love meeting new people and helping you find your perfect "home"!
